24-hour race on the Nürburgring

The client’s design was realized down to the smallest detail, taking into account the particularly short installation and dismantling times. Owing to our experienced installation teams and our proprietary vehicle fleet, we needed no more than 84 hours for the entire setup, including transportation. Some specialties of the tent: unsupported surrounding balcony; construction of the false ceiling: 10 m unsupported; and 500 kg/sqm load per level; non-anchoring; climate-efficient thermal covering in LowE version; balconies and attic with solid aluminum foil cladding.

Hockenheimring – at the start of this year’s DTM on May 5, we will build the BMW tent structures

Zelte Frank will construct various tent structures for the start of the DTM in Hockenheim by May 5, 2013.
For the first time, an entirely new version, as a combination of flat roof tent, functional container and free terrace space, will be set up here. And a special task awaits our co-workers following the event.
28 semitrailers of tent material have to be completely dismantled, packed, loaded and brought to Brands Hatch in England within 96 hours. Likewise, crossing the English Channel, whether by ship or by way of the Eurotunnel, poses a special challenge that has to be resolved within this timeframe.

Nürburgring 2013 – we construct the BMW Gallery and work for ADAC of North-Rhine and WIGE Event

Zelte Frank will construct the BMW Gallery on the most beautiful area at the Nürburgring again in 2013.
Once again, Zelte Frank is the general contractor for tent construction, interior fittings, light and sound, electricity, air conditioning as well as the maintenance of the event spaces after the installation and before the event. Furthermore, Zelte Frank constructs all mobile functional buildings for the host ADAC of North-Rhine and marketer WIGE Event.
For another renowned German automaker as well, a guest pavilion will be constructed again in a two-story version with large terrace spaces.

That’s why Zelte Frank is represented with an advertising banner in the Lanxess Arena during the playoffs of the Cologne Sharks. We’re delighted to have the privilege of being present during the home matches of the team and wish both them and coach Uwe Krupp great success on their way to becoming the best ice hockey team in Germany.

Zelte Frank will present a new tent and façade construction at the BOE

This year’s Best of Events trade fair in Dortmund was a completely new challenge for the entire Zelte Frank team. With a new tent design and new façade construction, our first trade fair presence was a complete success, though. Drafted by our ideas department, constructed and set up by our team, the new modular tent was presented by our management at the trade fair. Interested visitors and professionals tested the new tent with its wide range of applications for functionality and aesthetics and found inspiration for the next event scheduled. The feedback to our trade fair appearance was positive in every respect.
